What is the turnaround time for design bundles?

Our typical turnaround time for the delivery of logo design is 10-14 days for initial concepy then 21-28 business days for receipt of final design work.

If you have an urgent request, let us know and we may be able to work our magic!

When will you begin designing my logo?

We will start working on your logo  as soon as you have selected your bundle, submitted your brief and made payment.

How do I start the logo design process?

Send us an email (hello@becomingelitedesign.co.uk) or use our online contact form describing your design request
We will the arrange a call with you - this can be either telephone, zoom or email - you choose!
We will send you a design brief, this will allow us to understand your requests
A payment link will be sent
We will start designing
Final design is sent to you no later than 28days.

How many edits/revision can i make?

Each bundle has a set amount of revisions, which range from 4-6. However, we will always send multiple ideas during the first revision to give you plenty of options.

What if i just don't like my design?

Accepted Answer

Our mission is to make you happy. So, if you are not completely satisfied with the initial design, we will happily provide a new set of designs free of charge.

Can i send you ideas of what like?

YES YES YES! we encourage you to send any images, pictures, doodles or drawings that inspire your look you are after.

Question 7

What can the logo design be used for?

Accepted Answer

Anything! we will send you various file types so that you can use your logo on apparel, social media, letterheads, business cards, car wraps, website, marketing materials, and much, much more.

We will also send you a format guideline document that explains what each file type is and how they can be used on either print or digital platforms.
